€600 per week

High season (approx. mid-June to mid-September, plus the German Christmas, Easter and October holiday weeks)

  • Main house with guest house (max. 8): €1200 per week
  • (At this time the house is normally only let together with the guest house, but you can always ask.)

Mid-season (approx. May to mid-June)

  • Main house with guest house (max. 8): €1000 per week
  • Main house alone* (max. 2): €500 per week
  • Main house alone* (max. 4): €650 per week

Out of season

  • Main house with guest house (max. 8): €700 per week
  • Main house alone* (max. 2): €400 per week
  • Main house alone* (max. 4): €550 per week

* Guest house

When the main house is let, the guest house is not let separately.

Extra charges

In addition to the rent:
  • €65 per week for gas, electricity and water (main house alone: €50)
  • €80 final cleaning and administration.

Returning guests - 10% reduction

The rent for guests who return is reduced by 10%.

Payment

30% of the total sum is due on the signing of the contract.
The remainder is to be paid six weeks before the period of rental.
All payments are to be made by bank transfer with any bank charges met by the payee.

Keys

Together with the final payment, due six weeks before your holiday begins, you will be sent a key and full details of how to enter the house.

Booking tip

Most of our bookings for the main holiday seasons are made 6 to 12 months in advance.
If you like our house but your dates are already taken, consider booking already for next year.
