"Finally at home, again!" - that's what I felt when I first came here, some days ago. It's beautiful! Everything you did! It's new and yet vertraut. (A nice word, vertraut).
The houses we have been renting in the past were always good family homes and nice as well - but for me, there was always something missing ... the charm of the house in Cantalupo!
Everything here matches my own taste, too (even the same books in the shelves - partially - as at home), and then I discover the ones I left years before ... The living-room is great, the kitchen still too high for me, but I love it! The fine bathrooms, generous!
Really, congratulations!!
I'm very happy with everything! (I could put exclamation marks behind every sentence ...)
I hope we will have many happy returns over the years.

We have had a truly relaxing holiday in your beautiful home: such a peaceful location and so well equipped. Of course, the time was much too short.
We appreciated just lounging on the terrace, the beautiful garden, your grill, your cookery books, the great CD's and your walking tips.
Personally, I particularly enjoyed the walking, in spite of the heat and the climbs: the great variety of flowers along the mule tracks was ample recompense.
The swarms of glow worms were a delight, and not just for the children: these were the first I had ever seen.
