Main house

The house is detached and consists of the main house together with a separate guest house in the garden.

Ground floor

The ground floor has a comfortably furnished living-room with wooden beams and two french windows with a sea view, a built-in wood-burning fireplace, a television and radio (BBC and continental satellite reception) and stereo.

The dining table (extendable to 2.4 m) seats eight comfortably.

The built-in kitchen contains a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a five-ring gas hob and and electric oven.

The downstairs bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin.

Next to the kitchen is a large utility room with a washing-machine.

The ground floor has underfloor heating throughout.

First floor

On the first floor there are three separate bedrooms. The two with french windows and a sea view each have a double bed (200 cm x 140 cm). The other bedroom has two single beds and leads to the loggia - again with a sea view. (The fourth bedroom is in the guest house.)
All beds have mosquito nets.

The upstairs bathroom has a spacious shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin.

One double-bedded room and the bathroom have underfloor heating, the other bedrooms have radiators.
