Diving

My two sons have dived with Vincenzo Russello, a dive leader who runs the Polosub diving centre in Arma di Taggia, a 30-minute drive westwards along the coast. He takes divers to various dive stations.

On dives they have seen large groupers, barracudas (Lucci di Mare), dentex, conger and moray eels, spiny lobster, octopi, as well as many large shoals of smaller fish.

Another dive base is West Coast Divers in Oneglia, which provides free nitrox.
